2026年01月15日，亿迈齿轮（太仓）有限公司2026年度年会在玛丽蒂姆会议中心隆重举行。全体员工齐聚一堂，共迎新春！

On 15^thJanuary 2026, the 2026 Infotreff of IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. was held at the Maritim Conference Centre. All employees gathered to celebrate the Spring Festival!

年会以活力四射的舞蹈表演拉开序幕，学徒们通过精心编排的节目展现公司积极向上的精神风貌，为全场营造热烈氛围。

The Infotreff commenced with an electrifying dance performance, where apprentices showcased their spirited and positive ethos through meticulously choreographed routines, creating an electric atmosphere throughout the venue.

亿迈齿轮 首席执行官 Zoltan Nemeth先生和亿迈齿轮中国 副总裁 蔡宇先生发表主题演讲，回顾了2025年核心工作成果，并就新一年发展目标与重点任务进行部署。

Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, IMS Gear CEO and Mr. Rain Cai, Vice President of IMS Gear China, delivered keynote addresses reviewing the core achievements of 2025 and outlining development objectives and key tasks for the coming year.

年会的游戏、抽奖与颁奖环节环环相扣，将现场氛围逐步推向热烈的高潮。趣味游戏环节中，全员积极参与，默契挑战时各队集思广益；抽奖环节扣人心弦，特等奖揭晓瞬间全场雀跃欢呼引发阵阵掌声。公司为每位五年十年奖员工颁发奖杯，大屏同步闪现他们的职场剪影；在年会的温馨氛围中，退休员工环节缓缓展开，公司领导为他们献上鲜花，每一束都承载着对过往岁月的深深感激。

The games, raffle and awards ceremony were seamlessly interlinked, gradually building the atmosphere to a fervent climax. During the games segment, all employees participated enthusiastically, pooling ideas as teams tackled challenges with remarkable teamwork. The raffle draw proved utterly gripping, with the entire venue erupting in cheers and applause the moment the grand prize winner was announced.Company presented trophies to each employee receiving five- and ten-year service awards, with their professional highlights displayed simultaneously on the large screen. Amidst the warm atmosphere of the gala, the retirement segment started. Company leaders presented each retiree with bouquets of flowers, each one bearing profound gratitude for their years of dedicated service.

年会尾声，由学徒组成的合唱团献唱《相亲相爱》，以温暖的歌声传递温暖，为本次年会画上圆满句号。

As Infotreff ended, a choir composed of apprentices performed ‘Love and Affection’, with warm voices conveying warmth, the annual gathering drew to a perfect close.
