In the company's production workshop, apprentices of industrial machinery engineering are performing a wonderful transformation from "theory to practice". Faced with various norms emphasized by their mentors, they are meticulous and keep them in mind; faced with oil stains all over their work attire, they are unconcerned and practice hands-on; faced with the emergence of difficult problems, they are not eager to succeed and strive for excellence in debugging.

工业商务师学徒们也都在各自的部门中绽放光彩。她们虽然不在生产一线，但仍以满腔热忱投入学习，虚心请教，积极积累经验，以专业能力为基，以协作态度为翼，成为产业链中不可或缺的一环，体现出自身价值。

The apprentices of industrial business division also shine in their respective departments. Although they are not on the production line, they are still devoted to learning with enthusiasm, humbly seeking advice, actively accumulating experience, and based on professional ability and supported by a collaborative attitude, they have become an indispensable part of the industrial chain, reflecting their own value.
